Community Colleges Australia (CCA) has now changed its trading name to Community Education Australia (CEA), effective as of 1 January 2025.
This is an exciting step in the history of our organisation, with the intention to best reflect who we are and who we represent on a national stage. The name change also brings membership and funding possibilities to a much larger audience.
There will be a minor branding change to incorporate the word “Education” to replace “Colleges” in the current logo.
CEA Executive and Staff have considered this change over several years and we are pleased to confirm that at the CCA AGM on Tuesday 26 November 2024, CCA members voted in support of this move to a new trading name Community Education Australia (CEA).
CEA confirms that there will be a new website rolling out in the coming months which will reflect this new name and brand. We would also like to highlight that there is no change or disruption to our services. Members can expect continued and dedicated representation and provision of member services throughout these changes.
